8" Sassafras Charcuterie Board
This 8" diameter charcuterie board is made from Sassafras wood, a rare wood in Mississippi, known for its distincitve smell when cut and its irridescent grain. These boards are finished in a food safe finish.

Care Instructions
Wash the board with warm water and soap. Do not place in the dish washer. Hand dry immediatley after washing and re-apply any cutting board oil after several uses to restore the shine and protect the board for future use.
